At ISMÊ SWIM, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your swimwear. If your purchase isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags and hygiene liners intact within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your swimwear in its original packaging, ensuring all protective liners and branded tags remain attached to the garments.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for hygiene compliance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
